🤍 Hair Prep

Schedule your color appointment.

Book your hair color and haircut about one week before the wedding. Fresh enough to look amazing, but with enough time to settle into that "I woke up this gorgeous" phase and you, god forbid, have time to change anything that doesn’t feel right.

Please... wash your hair.

For everyone getting their hair styled, arrive with CLEAN, DRY hair.

Not "second-day hair."
Not "I only used a little dry shampoo."
Not "I skipped washing because my aunt said dirty hair holds better." Just NO.

Freshly washed hair actually styles and lasts better. You can add product to the hair, but if it’s greasy, there’s no amount of dry shampoo that can help you. Trust me—I do this for a living. 😉

Dreaming of loose beachy waves? Love that for you.

Getting married in Wisconsin in July with 97% humidity? We may need to have a gentle conversation.

The best makeup starts with happy skin.

A few days before the wedding, give your face a little TLC with a gentle exfoliator (I've linked my favorite).

Want to level up? Schedule a dermaplane facial with your esthetician a few days before the wedding. Smooth skin + flawless makeup = chef's kiss.

Hydrate. Moisturize. Drink your water.

No experimenting with random skincare products the week of the wedding. We don't need surprise breakouts making an appearance in family photos.

💄 Bring Your Favorites

If you have a lipstick, gloss, bronzer, or another makeup product that makes you feel like that girl, bring it!

I'm happy to incorporate your favorites so you still feel like you—just with a little extra bridal magic.
